BNI means added value

I had a BNI-enhanced customer event yesterday. Twice a year I have an all day workshop for my customers where they can work on their photo albums, traditional or digital, and make great progress. This year I had to move the event off site because of construction in our home. I wanted to bring some extra value to my customers, so I prevailed upon some fellow BNI members to enhance the experience. Artist Linda McCracken spent the entire day with us, assisting me and my customers and presenting a break out session on color and design. Photographer Megan Sachs came in after lunch to present photography tips. My customers appreciated the help from both ladies. I also ordered some special cookies that tied in with my theme from Joan Page of Gourmet Cookies 195. All three of these stellar ladies are members of the Long Beach Referral Exchange BNI chapter.
