Hello High Trust,
Thank you for another great meeting. Jarvis Reeves reminded us during the Educational Moment that we should all be updating our information on www.socalbni.com, beginning with our bios. The website itself is a great way for people to find you and use your services, so be sure you're showing them the most up-to-date version of who you are and what you do.
David Givot showed us that even technical difficulties couldn't throw him off his stride during his keynote presentation. He didn't need the projector and screen to keep our attention and tell us how to look for referrals for him.
The results are in on the survey. We will not have a regular chapter meeting on October 5th so that members can attend the entrepreneur conference in Long Beach and hear Dr. Misner speak. I highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to hear the founder of BNI speak, but I understand that some people may not be able to attend because of the conference cutting into their work day.
Here are the day's announcements:
1) LT/Support meeting today, immediately following the chapter meeting.
2) Upcoming training opportunities:.

This is a FREE EVENT - Look at the link to the event flyer on our SoCal BNI website. It's in the upper right corner. You'll see the full slate of presenters, and you can register at the same time.
Even though it's free, you MUST REGISTER. This event is not just for BNI members - it's free for anyone, so invite your associates and clients to join you. They must register too, of course.
Have a great week!
