Hello High Trust,
Thank you for another high energy morning. It was great that Lisa Foster "brought her own potato chips" (for those of you who remember that reference from Socal BNI Asst. Director Gary Reeves) when she brought two visitors for her keynote this morning. I think we all enjoy Lisa's magic touch--both literally and figuratively--and this morning was no exception. We will continue to look for referrals for her as we work through our week.
Our GRC team of Wendy Austin and Tony Gullotto announced the winners of the Summer Stack Days competition. Nelson Prieto was the winner for the month of August and will receive a free advanced training. Kim Spucces was our overall winner and wins one month free of dues. Congratulations to both! Wendy and Tony also announced our new team competition that will run the first part of September, ending on the 21st. The yet-to-be-announced prize will be related to the Evening Among the Stars event. Be sure your team captain knows what BNI activities you are participating in because everything counts in this game. Captains are: David Givot, Jarvis Reeves, Michael Majancsik, Hermie Montani.
Secretary/Treasurer Dan Fowler will be sending us a "survey monkey" regarding the possibility of attendiing the entrepreneur conference in lieu of our October 5th meeting. We'll keep you informed of the results.

LT Training at Knott’s Berry Farm Resort Hotel– Tuesday, September 14 and Monday, September 20. 8 am or 2 pm both dates. THIS TRAINING IS MANDATORY for all LT and Support Team members, so please register today.
3) Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting 7:30 am Thursday, Sept. 9, at O’Malley’s on Main Street.
4) Bixby Knolls Meet & Eat at Baja Sonora, 3502 Atlantic Avenue on Monday, September 13, 6:30pm. Bring your own wine - No corkage fee. Please RSVP to: info@bixbyknollsinfo.com
5) Dr. Ivan Misner, BNI Founder, will be the Keynote Presenter at the Entrepreneur Conference "Winning Strategies" in Long Beach on October 5.

Even though it's free, you MUST REGISTER. This event is not just for BNI members - it's free for anyone, so invite your associates and clients to join you. They must register too, of course.
