The space between failure and success is ONLY THREE HOURS

A colleague of mine shared a statistic with me:  The average time a person that believes in the power of networking spends networking is approximately 6.5 hours a week.  The average time a person that DOES NOT believe in the power of networking,  spends networking is only 3.5 hours per week.

The first example is of a person who is gaining benefit from networking and says it "works", while the latter, doesn't believe that networking works at all.  Hmm... makes me wonder if person number two really understands that network REALLY begins at BNI MEETING + 1 MINUTE, not during the time they spend in their meeting.

If it were up to me, and I had to choose between networking success or having three extra hours in the week to do whatever... I would definitely choose to invest three more hours into my networking efforts to generate results.

So, who are you?  Are you person number 1 or person number 2?  Does your business mean enough to you to spend three more hours networking for its benefit?  If you are wondering if networking will REALLY work for you... all I have to say is, "When in DOUBT, stop doubting!"

And as my esteemed colleague, T.R. Garland reminded me of, "If you want to have more luck in your life, start taking more chances."
