Simply Fit!!! Tips for getting healthy in 2012 with Arbonne and CrossFit 5150

2012 is an amazing year. Can you feel it? I certainly can. Prosperity, kindness and all things good are within our reach.

So, what is it going to take to crash through that glass ceiling? I find that visualization works really well for me. So, let me guide you through my vision for reaching new heights. Remember in the original Willy Wonka movie, there was a scene where the kid, grandpa and Willy Wonka get into an elevator and it keeps going up and up and up.... It reaches the top floor and crashes through the ceiling of the building. The elevator than sails above the city. It's an amazing sight. Your goal is there above the city, as well. All you need to do is get aboard the elevator and crash through the roof of your limitations. If you can see it, you can make it true.

Beth Bingham Georges brings special passion and talent to her business

I thought I'd give a little intro to Beth and her Arbonne products for anyone who hasn't had a chance to know Beth and how cool she is.
