A couple of months ago, I needed a plumber and asked my fellow High Trust BNI colleague, Tony Gullotto of Guardian Plumbing for help. He sent his associate Joshua, who showed up early, did a great job and was a joy to be around.
A few weeks later, my next door neighbor needed a plumber and I gave him one of Tony's cards. The next day, there was a Guardian Plumbing truck behind my neighbor's garage, and Joshua was hard at work with his usual skill and enthusiasm.
But it didn't stop there.
I saw my neighbor this weekend, and as we were chatting about kids and neighbor-type stuff, I mentioned our plumbing jobs, and he laughed and said he'd recently referred Guardian to one of his wife's friends.
That's the way it's supposed to happen. You do good work for someone and they tell someone else and so on.
Once again, Tony and Joshua and Guardian provide quality service and people spread the news.
